Human Resources (HR) Data Specialist
as an HR Data Specialist and play a key role in managing HRIS data, supporting union-related processes, and ensuring smooth employee communication. If you're an HR professional who thrives in a remote environment and values autonomy, we'd love to hear from you! • Weekly Schedule: Fully Remote, Monday - Friday • Contract Length: 3-4 months (possible extension) ✅What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities • Perform extensive HR data entry in Dayforce HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Manage union-related data, including payroll deductions, union dues, initiation details, and deduction confirmations. • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and generate HR reports. • Respond to employee and union inquiries regarding benefits via phone and email, maintaining professionalism and resolving discrepancies. • Diffuse upset employees by gathering information, providing accurate answers, and correcting issues promptly. • Collaborate with HR Manager through weekly check-ins and occasional team huddles. ✅What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications • Associate's Degree • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR data entry and Microsoft Excel • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Familiarity with union environments • Knowledge of benefits administration • Experience with Dayforce HRIS Ideal Candidate Profile • Responsible and self-motivated HR professional • Skilled in employee communication and problem resolution • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Manager's Note: You will be supported by an approachable HR Manager who values independence and is available for questions without micromanaging.
