Click on 'Apply' button to find out more.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Talent Sourcer for Nike’s Consumer x Marketplace (CXM) function, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition Sourcing. You will work closely with the Sourcing team, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders across CXM—including key teams such as Brand Marketing, Product, Design, Innovation, and Merchandising. You will also collaborate with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team, Talent Operations, and external partners to drive best-in-class sourcing strategies.Your impact will extend across strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and delivering top talent for Nike’s Consumer x Marketplace organization. Responsibilities may include:• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build proactive sourcing strategies• Using a range of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals, direct outreach) to engage passive candidates• Building and managing diverse talent pipelines across key functional areas• Collaborating with Business and People Solutions partners to ensure sourcing strategies are inclusive and equity-focused• Providing ongoing reporting and data insights to inform hiring progress and future planning• Flexing into recruiting support as needed during peak hiring cycles or key searches• Staying ahead of talent trends and continuously optimize sourcing practicesQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field• 3+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a global organization• Experience sourcing for marketing, product, or consumer-centric roles preferred• Demonstrated success building and executing sourcing strategies across multiple job families• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights• Experience leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms (e.g., Avature), and sourcing automation tools• Passion for diversity sourcing and building inclusive talent pipelines• Ability to prioritize, pivot, and thrive in ambiguityRequirements• Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $162,500.00 in our highest geographic market• Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experienceBenefitsInformation about benefits can be found here.Company DescriptionAt NIKE, Inc. we promise to provide a premium, inclusive, compelling and authentic candidate experience.
