Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and communication. Stay up to date with State Farm products, policies, and industry regulations. Requirements: Must hold a valid insurance license (Property Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable using virtual tools and software for communication and record-keeping. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
