Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone and email Learn and utilize our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and optimize the customer experience Collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments using internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize the customer experience Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Who You Are We are looking for a self-motivated and creative individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
