We are seeking an experienced Field Director – Learning and Development to lead a remote team of training professionals and drive enterprise-wide learning initiatives. In this role, you will consult with leaders across operations, HR, and compliance to assess development needs, design impactful learning programs, and implement scalable solutions.You will be responsible for aligning training initiatives with operational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and measuring program effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analyses. This role offers the opportunity to shape workforce development across a dynamic, mission-driven organization.Accountabilities• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Operational Training Specialists and Coordinators, ensuring effective execution of training programs and ongoing professional growth. • Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify skill gaps, assess organizational needs, and design tailored learning solutions that support business priorities. • Develop, implement, and scale complex, cross-functional training programs across multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning, micro-learning, and remote or in-person formats.• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, metrics, and ROI analyses, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and resource allocation. • Support integration of learning initiatives with operational priorities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. • Communicate program strategies, updates, and results to organizational leaders, influencing adoption and alignment across the business. • Stay current on industry trends in learning, development, and adult education to ensure programs remain relevant, inclusive, and engaging.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field; professional coaching or leadership development certifications are a plus. • 7+ years of experience in human resources, learning & development, operations, or related fields. • 5+ years of direct people management experience, including leading remote teams. • Proven expertise in performance consulting, leadership development, and change management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.• Strategic thinker with resourcefulness and the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently. • Knowledge of talent processes, succession planning, and leadership assessments. • Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on team and project needs. • Demonstrated ability to align learning strategies with operational goals and drive measurable impact. • Competitive base salary range: $98,200 – $151,360, with variations based on location and experience. • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.• Paid time off (PTO) and flexible time off (FTO) policies. • Professional development opportunities and career growth support. • Access to employee wellness programs and resources. • Supportive and collaborative remote work environment with occasional travel opportunities.
