Job SummaryAs an Experienced Web Chat Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our web chat platform to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the web chat platform and drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
