As a Technical Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our clients. You'll work closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on best practices for using our applications. Your technical expertise, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will enable you to resolve complex issues and provide recommendations for product development and service improvements. What You'll Do As a Technical Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities will include: * Advising end-users on best practices for using blithequark's applications * Identifying and resolving client issues associated with blithequark's applications * Building strong and professional relationships with all users of blithequark's applications * Providing recommendations/feedback on client service improvements and product development * Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism with customers and coworkers * Maintaining accurate records of all email/telephone/chat correspondence related to the role Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer service role * Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills * Professional telephone manner * Demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions Nice to Have While not required, having excellent verbal and written communication skills in a second language would be a valuable asset in this role.
