Your responsibilities will include: *Converting high-quality inbound leads: Convert leads from Yelp and Google campaigns into booked appointments through empathetic, persuasive communication. *Dispatching plumbers: Dispatch plumbers via ServiceTitan, aligning technician expertise and availability with customer needs. *Processing invoices: Process invoices and manage billing workflows within ServiceTitan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. *Maintaining proactive communication: Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout their service journey—from first contact through job completion. *Delivering exceptional support: Deliver exceptional support across diverse plumbing services, including: + Emergency drain cleaning + Faucet installations + Water heater replacements + Whole-home water line re-piping projects *Executing administrative tasks: Execute administrative tasks related to CRM and service coordination with efficiency and precision. *Building strong customer relationships: Build strong, lasting customer relationships that foster repeat business and generate positive reviews.
