Reporting to the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading segments within our bolthires Parks in-house paid Social Media Strategy & Activation team. As a caring and supportive manager, you will help your team members grow professionally and achieve outstanding results. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our paid social media initiatives, ensuring that our online presence is engaging, effective, and aligned with our brand values.Key Responsibilities• Lead paid social strategy for key segments within Parks and Resorts, developing and implementing comprehensive plans that drive engagement and conversion. • Improve dynamic strategies within social platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive. • Support your team in influencing the organization to adhere to social best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.• Lead conversations to drive innovation across analytics and testing, identifying opportunities to optimize our social media performance and inform data-driven decision-making. • Own key social media activation platform tools, including future partnership additions, and collaborate with our teams to design and implement tools that improve efficiency and streamline workflows. • Partner across teams, organizations, and companies (media partners and agencies) to improve overall technical setup and inter-departmental workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.Required Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media strategy and activation. • The ability to guide direct reports to technical and personal growth, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to help them achieve their full potential. • Extensive experience with social media platforms and related tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, bolthires, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • A deep understanding of holistic business trends and their impacts on the digital and social space, allowing you to develop strategic plans that drive business results.• A strong grasp of how to develop holistic paid social strategies, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization. • Comfort with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership of your work and making informed decisions that align with our business objectives. • Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, Smart Sheets, and other tools that support collaboration and productivity. Education and BackgroundA four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required, with a degree in Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics being a plus.Your educational background should provide a solid foundation in marketing principles, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
