Job SummaryAs aSenior Manager, Demand Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand plans that drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our demand planning processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain accurate and timely demand plans for all products in the Americas BU, including coffee, consumables, and machines* Collaborate with the Store Network - US team to ensure that demand plans are aligned with business objectives and customer needs* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers, distributors, and customers* Provide expert guidance and support to the S&OP process, including the development of long-term demand plans and the execution of short-term adjustments* Utilize Anaplan (our demand planning framework) to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform demand planning decisions* Develop and maintain accurate and timely Anaplan master data, including forecast data and inventory levels* Collaborate with the Business Functional Groups to understand how new products, new markets, and new initiatives impact demand and adjust plans accordingly* Work with the Advertising and Commercialization teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive demand and sales* Provide input during the S&OP cycle to ensure that demand plans are aligned with business objectives and customer needs* Identify and mitigate stock risks, including NPD/delist, supply limitations, and inventory obsolescenceRequirements* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or operations research* 5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG/Retail industry* Proven track record of success in demand planning, including experience with Anaplan/SAP or similar demand planning frameworks* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform demand planning decisions* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives* Proficiency in bolthires Excel and other business software applications* Experience with ERP systems and other business software applicationsWhat We Offer* Competitive salary and benefits package* Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible work schedule* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Professional development and growth opportunities* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance* Access to the latest technology and tools* Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives* Collaborative and supportive team environmentHow We Can Help You* Reason-Driven Approach:Our reason-driven approach enables our team members to make a positive impact on the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe and quality products.* Global Connections:Our global connections allow you to develop, improve, and maintain worldwide relationships that enable us to move faster and learn from others. * Community of Belonging: We're an organization that values our ability to continuously grow and build the right environment where individuals feel safe and engaged, allowing you to bring the best version of yourself to work.
