As aSenior Financial Planning Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting and developing financial systems applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to various stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and implement effective solutions. What You'll Do* Maintain the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data* Validate data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources* Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-bolthires and intercompany transactions* Perform system maintenance, including user access management* Provide support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models* Assist with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results reports on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses* Facilitate and complete monthly headcount processes using Hyperion* Update Hyperion Planning with organizational changes, coordinating with regulators and GL teams* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements and propose effective solutions* Develop Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for Financial divisionsWhat You'll Need for Success* MinimumQualifications:+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field+ 2 years of experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis+ Strong IT foundation, including experience with Oracle and complex database structures* PreferredQualifications:+ Experience with Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)+ Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methods related to financial issues+ Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues+ Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks+ Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situationsWhat You'll GetAs a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:* Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage* Virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts* 401(k) program with employer contributions* Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and moreJoin the blithequark FamilyAt blithequark, we believe that diversity and inclusion are the foundation of a strong and effective workforce.Our 20+ Employee Business Resource Groups are dedicated to connecting our colleagues to our customers, suppliers, networks, and investors, helping colleagues reach their full potential and creating a comprehensive workplace that addresses and exceeds the challenges of our diverse world.
