This role requires a unique blend of financial and IT expertise, making it an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials* Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators* Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-bolthires and intercompany transactions* Maintain system upkeep; keep client consents up-to-date* Assist clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models* Help with preparation of in-depth scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses* Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion* Update Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization* Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business needs; propose and present effective solutions* Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisionsAll You'll Need for Success* MinimumQualifications: Education and PreviousProfessional Experience* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training* 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis* Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and multi-dimensional and social database structures* PreferredQualifications: Education and PreviousProfessional Experience* Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)* Skills, Licenses, and Certifications* Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methods relating to financial issues* Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data* Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks* Knowledge of bolthires Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.* Strong communication skills* Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situationsWhat You'll GetTake advantage of everything blithequark has to offer:* Medical benefits: From day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
