This 100% remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities As a Medical Record Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our electronic medical records. Your primary responsibilities will include: Performing quality checks on automated reports, received scans, and electronic filings to guarantee compliance with our standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with multiple departments to obtain and confirm necessary documents, ensuring proper setup in our Electronic Medical System (EMS) database.Processing members' electronic documents, verifying data for inaccuracies, and addressing any missing information to maintain the highest level of data integrity. Resolving discrepancies using standard procedures, returning incomplete documents to respective departments for correction and resolution, and facilitating manual mailings for other departments as needed. Coordinating field assignments for Interpreters, taking into account availability, location, and other relevant factors to ensure seamless operations.Maintaining and updating existing member information, auto-enrollees, and bolthires-enrollments in our centralized NY State Uniform Assessment System (UAS) for Integrated Products. Performing additional duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to supporting the team.
