Job Summary As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our internal databases and systems. You will work independently, managing data with precision, efficiency, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities * Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data into internal databases and systems. * Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness. * Perform regular data backups and maintain secure file management protocols. * Communicate with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies or clarify information. * Generate reports and summaries as needed by supervisors or project leads. * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. * Meet daily, weekly, or monthly productivity goals as set by team leads. Required Skills and Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace. * Exceptional typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage time effectively while working independently. * Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Experience * Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required—comprehensive training will be provided. * Experience working remotely or using remote collaboration tools is a plus.
