Key Responsibilities Develops relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, providing expert guidance and support to drive business outcomes.Works closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities, advancing financial cycles, planning philosophies, systems, reports, and analyses. Serves as the primary contact between the FP&A and application development teams, enabling transformation and driving change. Performs and supports ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis, continuously seeking to improve existing processes and drive innovation. Leads and manages projects, resource allocations, and dynamic influencing the progress of assigned projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of results.Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of financial, technical, and leadership skills, including: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a postgraduate education preferred. 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance technology, with a solid working knowledge of financial statements, tools, and data strategy. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, with experience in OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI an asset.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
