Capture information and enter data into our computer system in a timely and accurate manner. Operate our customer service database, read relevant call-handling instructions, and relay messages to the appropriate resources. Follow up on client calls with clerical duties and liaise with other departments as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery. Dedicate your work time to providing personalized customer service, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Clearance: Ability to pass a criminal background check. Competencies: Reliable internet connection and consistent attendance. Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette. Basic computer navigation skills and the ability to quickly learn our systems. Quick and correct typing skills, with the ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors.Positive attitude, a passion for learning, and a goal-oriented mindset with an emphasis on accountability for delivering results. Preferred Skills and Knowledge While not required, the following skills and knowledge are preferred: Previous call center experience. Previous customer service experience, particularly in utilities or a medical office setting. Position DetailsThis is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.Please note that this opportunity is only available to candidates who live 50 miles or more outside the Houston area, and we are currently accepting applications from candidates residing in Texas, Tennessee, and Nevada. Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted virtually via bolthires Meets in a group setting with other candidates, in Central Time. Pay:The pay rate for this position is $13.50 - $16.50 per hour, with bilingual candidates eligible for $14.50 - $17.50 per hour. Training Details:The training period is 2 weeks and will include weekend sessions.Training will be conducted remotely online in Central Time, following this schedule: Week 1 (Monday through Friday), Week 2 (Monday through Thursday, plus either Saturday or Sunday). Work Schedule & Requirements:Your specific work schedule availability will be discussed during the live group interview with the hiring manager. Work shifts are 40 hours per week, covering a range of times from 7AM to 10PM Central Time, including 4 weekdays and either 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday. Weekend work is mandatory.Proof of adequate internet speed, a quiet workspace free of background noise, adherence to our Attendance Policy, and maintaining high KPI scores are required.
