Key Responsibilities As a Principal Communications Associate, your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Communications Creation : You'll develop and implement strategic communications plans that utilize a variety of channels to engage agents and leaders, meet stakeholder needs, and drive results on large, complex initiatives and short-term, urgent issues.Subject Matter Expertise : You'll act as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives, working with various partners to understand performance support needs and making recommendations for support. Strategic Insights : You'll monitor key performance indicators to develop actionable insights, best practices, and campaign strategies. Storytelling : You'll utilize your expertise in storytelling to tell a comprehensive and compelling story through verbal and written communication. Experience Design : You'll partner to develop the tools and processes that will best meet our agents' and business's needs.Process : You'll contribute to the processes established to develop agent messaging and deliver communication materials. Measurement : You'll monitor, track, and report on content performance, analyzing content and campaigns to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvements.
