Position OverviewAs a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, SMS, and chat.You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and helping them make informed choices about their swimming gear and yoga products. Your warm and friendly demeanor will make a lasting impression on our customers, setting us apart from the competition. Key Responsibilities* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner via phone, email, SMS, and chat. * Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and post-order concerns.* Navigate our internal systems to look up customer accounts and process orders. * Work collaboratively with our team to constantly improve the customer experience. * Stay updated with product knowledge and company offerings. * Escalate priority issues and log call information as per our procedures. * Foster a constructive work environment that promotes teamwork. * Adhere to all our regulations, policies, and work procedures. * Other duties and projects as assigned. What We're Looking For* A genuine passion for helping people and a love for swimming or yoga (a plus!).* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (1 year +). * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
