Job SummaryAs a remote data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.You will work closely with our team to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and that customer satisfaction is consistently high. Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities as a remote data entry specialist will include:* Receiving and processing customer orders, including selecting, packing, and shipping products* Managing inventory levels and ensuring that products are accurately stored and retrieved* Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, including tracking and tracing* Troubleshooting problems and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner* Ensuring that products meet quality requirements and are accurately labeled and packaged* Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of bolthires)* Lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, and standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts* Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around* Going up and down stairs (where applicable) and working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)* Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standardsWhat It's Like Working at blithequarkAt blithequark, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees.We provide protective gear and safety training to ensure that you are equipped to perform your job safely and efficiently. We also have a strict temperature control system in place, but temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some parts of the warehouse.
