What You'll DoAs a part-time remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:Key Responsibilities Staying informed of day-to-day airline operations, including field of responsibility Assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions Providing Engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore serviceable status Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions Preparing Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* A strong background in data entry, with experience working in a remote environment* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong organizational and time management skills* Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Familiarity with aircraft engineering principles and practicesPreferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:* Experience working in the aviation industry, particularly in aircraft engineering or maintenance* Familiarity with project management principles and practices* Certification in data entry or a related field* Experience working with aircraft systems and componentsSkills and CompetenciesTo excel in this role, you'll need:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes* Strong organizational and time management skillsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we're committed to helping you grow your skills and advance your career.As a remote data entry specialist, you'll have access to:* Ongoing training and development opportunities* Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals* Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth* A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages learning and innovationWork Environment and Company CultureAs a remote data entry specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, balancing your personal and professional life.
