This position is a unique blend of Customer Success (proactive) and Customer Support (reactive), requiring you to be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and professional in all communications. You'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, proactively addressing customer issues, and reactively resolving problems as they arise. If you're a self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, then this role is tailor-made for you.WhatYour Day-to-Day Looks Like Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and being proactive when signs of poor health occur. Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner. Communicating with the blithequark Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads when solving issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing; escalating to blithequark Account Management and Leadership as needed.Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions. Helping maintain blithequark's knowledge base for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOP's. Tracking and documenting all happenings in HubSpot, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week. Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery. What Sets You Up for Success To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role.True call center experience would be a significant plus. Flexible/open availability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency. Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed, take pride in your work, and are invested in your own professional growth, as well as the growth of blithequark. Tech savvy: you're computer-savvy, with CRM/ticketing system experience preferred but not required.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of success in a part-time or flexible role. Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, or similar technologies. Certifications or training in customer success, customer support, or related fields.
