Key Responsibilities and Job ElementsAs a Part-TimeRemote Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they are engaged and motivated to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance* Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives* Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location* Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with varying noise levels and temperatures, and being able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts* Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)* Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reachingOur Operations WorkflowOur Operations workflow has three major components:* First mile: where the product is housed and ready for order* Middle mile: where the order is hauled to your area* Last mile: when the product is delivered to the customer's doorWhile our workflows may have slight building variations, our vision and dedication to the customer remain constant.As a Part-TimeRemote Area Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location.
