Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers. Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI, with a reliable and stable living situation. Reliable high-speed internet required, with the ability to be hard-wired and maintain a stable connection. High School Diploma, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
