To reside in one of the following states: Minnesota (MN), Wisconsin (WI), Iowa (IA), or Michigan (MI). Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring a stable and secure connection. A High School Diploma or equivalent. Essential Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and data entry tools.
