If you're organized, tech-savvy, and know how to keep things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Answering client calls and providing exceptional customer support to ensure a seamless experience Scheduling virtual assessments and booking jobs efficiently to maximize productivity Handling clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly and ensuring attention to detail Using ServiceTitan to manage scheduling and client information with ease and accuracy Communicating clearly and professionally with both customers and our team to foster a collaborative environment What You Need to Succeed: To excel in this role, you'll need: Reliable phone and internet connection (a must for remote work) Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software (highly preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment Prior customer service experience (a plus, but not required) Familiarity with Home Service/Construction lingo (a huge plus, but not necessary) EssentialQualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and motivation Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications (including ServiceTitan) High school diploma or equivalent required;
