Function as a sales leader, promoting blithequark's services and referring customers to appropriate departments, identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive sales growth. Open and close personal and non-personal accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Establish and deepen relationships with customers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Answer incoming calls, greet customers, and maintain records and reports, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism. Conduct quarterly audits on tellers and maintain internal controls, ensuring the integrity and security of our banking operations. Assist in consumer lending by processing loan applications and payments, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the lending process. Generate account maintenance requests as needed by customers, ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Manage safe deposit box rentals and maintain related records, ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information. Open and close the banking center securely and prepare courier bags for daily runs, ensuring the smooth operation of our banking center. Act as a back-up CVT and perform full CVT duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting our team. Train and mentor new Tellers/CSRs, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the success and development of our team members.Assist with ATM balancing and other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our banking operations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Minimum of one year of previous customer service experience in a retail environment or equivalent sales experience, preferably in a banking or financial services setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Proficient in bolthires Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Ability to lead others in sales and service, demonstrating a strong sales mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Teller experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of banking operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
