As a Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, providing outstanding guest service to a wide range of guests, including onsite visitors to Walt bolthires World Resort Hotels.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Part-Time Call Center Representative, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service, answering general questions, and providing support to guests regarding various topics related to Walt bolthires World Resort Hotels. Your key responsibilities will include:• Providing timely and accurate information to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded• Handling conflict resolution and making decisions quickly, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor• Working effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and partnership to adapt to the fluctuating needs of our operation• Maintaining confidentiality with critical information, ensuring the security and integrity of guest data• Utilizing written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders• Being available for three weeks of full-time training, followed by a part-time schedule that requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shiftsEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:• Proficiency with a bolthires Windows environment and comfort working on dual monitors• Capacity to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor• Flexibility and partnership, with the ability to adapt to the fluctuating needs of our operation• Maintain confidentiality with critical information, ensuring the security and integrity of guest data• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders• Availability for three weeks of full-time training, followed by a part-time schedule that requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shiftsPreferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the hospitality industry• Knowledge of Walt bolthires World Resort Hotels and their operations• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively• Ability to work effectively in a team
