Overnight CCC Staff Pharmacist (Remote), bolthires Pharmacy
About the positionResponsibilities• Speaking with customers over the phone and via email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling• Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues• Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered• Researching and completing customer requests via Zendesk tickets• Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches• Researching and recommending OTC products for customers• Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints• Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed• Maintain an advanced understanding of all PillPack and bolthires Pharmacy's policies and procedures as well as products and services• Maintain confidentiality of all customer information• Collaboration with teammates and other overnight teams• Customer-centric and commitment to quality• Participation in personal growth and developmentRequirements• Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the NH Board of Pharmacy• Strong interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communication• Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in real time• Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement• Ability to work within and navigate between multiple pharmacy systems• Critical thinking providing out-of-the-box solutions• Uphold bolthires Pharmacy's Core Values and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience• Flexible, ability to adapt to change, and adjust to changing demands• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalentNice-to-haves• 1+ years experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting• Active Pharmacist license with the HI Board of Pharmacy Apply tot his job
