Key Responsibilities Process orders for key accounts and independent retailers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment Manage wholesale portal order approvals, maintaining strong relationships with our B2B partners Provide exceptional B2B and B2C customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and poise Collaborate with our Operations and Sales teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, brands, and mission, serving as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for blithequark About You To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, comfortable working under tight timelines with minimal supervision.Experience in small team or startup environments is a plus, as is a familiarity with the consumer products industry. You should be proficient in Excel, with skills in vlookup and pivot tables, and possess excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
