ResponsibilitiesAs an online research participant and customer service support specialist, you will be responsible for:* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. * Participating by completing written and oral instructions, as well as providing honest and thoughtful feedback.* Completing written surveys provided for each panel to help us better understand your opinions and experiences. * MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date. QualificationsTo be eligible for this opportunity, you must:* Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop. * Have access to a reliable internet connection. * Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics. * Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.* Have no prior experience required, but be able to work independently.
