Job Summary As a Mac Expert(At Home), Retail Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer sales experiences over the phone, leveraging your technical expertise and consultative sales skills to meet and exceed customer needs. Key Responsibilities * Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Apple products and related accessories, staying up-to-date on the latest features and technologies. * Consultative Sales: Provide consultative sales solutions to customers based on their needs, following the blithequark Online Store Customer Engagement model. * Stay Informed: Utilize multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies, and technology changes, ensuring seamless customer interactions. * Order Management: Set customer expectations after they've placed their order, ensuring a favorable end-to-end purchasing experience. * Sales Orders: Enter new sales orders into the appropriate system(s) where necessary. * Customer Relationships: Establish rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and drive customer loyalty. * Sales Goals: Achieve sales goals set by the business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
