Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:* Proactively engaging with customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.* Accurately recording customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. * Staying updated on product knowledge to communicate accurate information to customers. * Liaising and collaborating with relevant internal departments to handle and resolve customer problems effectively. * Assisting in implementing chat strategies and initiatives that improve either response time or customer experience.
