Your primary responsibility will be to service inbound calls, understand customer needs, and recommend the right blithequark benefits or services. You will be the face of our company, providing world-class customer service and building strong relationships with our valued customers.Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while consulting Corporate and Small Business Card Members to learn about their needs and recommend the right blithequark benefits or services. Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate appropriate product features, benefits, and other elements of blithequark Corporate Card services. Continuously improve on building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service. Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.Proven success in a customer service call center environment (two years+). Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment. Open availability for scheduling. High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred, with education benefits available. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with corporate or small business customers. Knowledge of blithequark products and services. Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
