Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:* Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB). * Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.* Advanced proficiency in Excel/bolthires Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently. Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist would be highly beneficial.
