Nice-to-HavesWhile not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:* Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer ExperienceProfessional (CCEP). * Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk. * Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak different languages.
