Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and patience. Resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction, escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary. Accurately document all interactions and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with team members to improve response quality and reduce resolution time, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes. Monitor chat queues to ensure prompt handling of all customer messages, meeting response deadlines and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising quality. You should have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and have basic technical proficiency with chat software, email, and online tools.
