You will be at the forefront of combining AI capabilities with human expertise, setting a new standard for customer service in the industry.A Typical Day Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy, building novel products and features. Drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. Review code and design docs, give feedback on product specs and mocks, and nurture a culture of technical quality from design through production operations. Collaborate with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations, ensuring that your expertise and ideas are shared and valued.Your Expertise To succeed in this role, you will need: 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment. Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures. Experience with frontend or full stack development. Experience with chatbot/AI products would be a significant plus, demonstrating your ability to work with cutting-edge technologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across different organizations.A passion for efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality, driving you to continuously improve and innovate. A love for collaborating via code reviews and architecture discussions, motivated to improve your teammates' productivity and share knowledge. A Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
