Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Marketing team by adding new client data into our custom tracking platform. You'll also be responsible for communicating with our advertising partners through email and instant messenger, as well as maintaining our internal advertiser spreadsheets and providing written and oral updates on campaign details and guidelines. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data into our custom tracking platform * Communicate with new and current advertising partners through email and instant messenger * Maintain our internal advertiser spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information * Provide written and oral updates on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions to the Sales and Marketing team * Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve data entry issues and discrepancies * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our custom tracking platform and its features * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and online marketing Essential Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an online marketing or sales environment * Strong understanding of online marketing principles and practices * Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with experience in web development a plus * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills * Experience with email and instant messenger communication, with a strong understanding of online collaboration tools and platforms Preferred Qualifications * Experience with custom tracking platforms and data analytics tools * Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools * Familiarity with online marketing software and platforms, such as HubSpot and Marketo * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI * Certification in data entry, online marketing, or a related field Skills and Competencies * Strong technical skills, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web development languages * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data entry issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
