Your key responsibilities will include: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about blithequark's products, services, policies, and procedures.Researching and analyzing customer issues to identify root causes and determine appropriate solutions, documenting all interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems. Proactively following up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction, adjusting bookings, payable billings, and fees, and authorizing refunds, credits, and vouchers as necessary. Determining net and gross amounts for refunds and processing financial adjustments accurately, working with suppliers and internal departments to secure reimbursements and reporting financial information to Accounting Operations.Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to address complex customer issues, escalating when necessary, and evaluating situations to balance customer satisfaction with financial and operational impacts on blithequark. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience, complying with all corporate and departmental policies and procedures, and actively participating in meetings related to assigned responsibilities. Essential Qualifications for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) as a minimum educational requirement.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
