Job SummaryAs an Experienced Full Stack Compliance Analyst – Data Entry, Entry Level at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of compliance checking programs, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools to analyze data.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute compliance checking programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards* Manage risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks* Utilize business intelligence tools, such as Business Items, Cognos, Scene, and Stars, to analyze data and identify trends* Extract, mine, and manage data to support compliance checking and risk assessment activities* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate compliance checking results to stakeholders* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements* Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance with evolving requirementsEssential Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field* At least 2 years of experience in a compliance checking or analyzing role, or equivalent experience in a related field* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data* Experience working with data analysis tools and processes, such as SQL, data mining, and data visualization* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications* At least 5 years of experience in a compliance checking or analyzing role* Experience working with private or sensitive data* Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization* Proficiency in using business intelligence software, such as Business Articles, Cognos, Scene, and Stars* Advanced skills in data extraction, mining, and management, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and AIWhat We Offer* Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) retirement plan with company match* Opportunities for professional growth and development* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performanceIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for compliance and data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and cover letter through our website, along with any required documents.
