You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create personalized itineraries that exceed their expectations. Your goal will be to surprise and delight each client, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks and that every interaction is met with a positive and professional attitude.Key Responsibilities Exemplify blithequark's Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and provide exceptional customer service Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates, promoting a positive and professional attitude Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all clients receive personalized attention Apply for payments, send out payment reminders, and manage flight changes and seat assignments as needed Coordinate concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, to create unforgettable experiences Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure that clients are well-prepared for their trips Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure that all client interactions are tracked and recorded Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet the demands of the role and provide exceptional customer service Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture and improve customer service Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter with a positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy approach.You should possess attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and be action-oriented.
