Job SummaryAs an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch guest service, primarily assisting guests with registering for Disability Access Service. This includes addressing accessibility needs, supporting guests' digital experience (website and My bolthires Experience app), and managing bookings.You'll work closely with guests to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and ensure a seamless experience. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to handle sensitive situations with integrity will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
