This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success in the digital marketplace.Job SummaryThe eCommerce Customer Business Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's bolthires.com and Online Vet (B2B/B2C) strategy, working closely with key accounts to achieve sales targets and category leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial aspects of the business, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and drive sales growth through effective planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Create a consistent buying journey for pet parents across channels and platforms, ensuring consistent pricing and offerings Lead the development of the USA bolthires.com (USA/CAN) and Vet E-Commerce strategy and sales plans with key customers, aligning with corporate goals Manage and build relationships with E-Commerce & Vet accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets, establishing short and long-term sales goals for all e-commerce products Provide P&L oversight for key accounts to maximize profitability by growing top-line sales and managing selling expenses Develop annual sales and marketing plans and budgets, recommending and managing pricing, trade budgets, and spending effectiveness Collaborate with Demand Planning & Key Account Management to create annual forecasts and provide monthly updates and inputs, allowing for timely adjustments and on-time delivery Organize and manage major projects, including channel/account-specific campaigns, and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance Collaborate with Marketing to provide strategic and tactical input, setting advertising budgets and commercial plans that drive business with online customers Advise Marketing on market demand and insights, promotional opportunities, and future campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers Oversee brand protection and collaborate with Brand Protection and Marketing to remedy problems Communicate with other departments within the organization to foster teamwork and effectiveness Understand competitors in specific markets and develop strategies that position blithequark brands as category leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of eCommerce sales and account management experience, either domestically or internationally Commercial awareness, marketing, and sales background, with a preference for pet category experience and/or vet experience In-depth understanding of developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns Strong commercial and analytical skills, with extensive experience working with Excel to conduct analysis and detailed sales reports Ability to travel 25% Strong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in English and a second language being helpful Working knowledge of e-commerce contracts and understanding of the Terms and Conditions that govern everyday business Knowledge of web promotion strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), bolthires/Yahoo/MSN ad words, and pay-per-click campaigns Proficiency in bolthires Suite Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a business or marketing-related discipline, with a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training Experience working in the pet care industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving category leadership in eCommerce Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsCareer Growth
