You will be responsible for addressing customer service queries, particularly on bolthires and Shopify, and will be provided with comprehensive training and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure your success.Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages via email, bolthires, live chat, and text message. Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service. Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets. Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, there is scope to expand your role to cover other aspects of the business, including the growth of bolthires and Shopify platforms.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have:Experience: Proven experience with bolthires Seller Central and Shopify platforms. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a positive asset. Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have: A strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.
