About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent) to join our marketing team. As a LiveChat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our website visitors, connecting with them through live chat and helping to validate and prequalify leads. This is a full-time, remote position, with a preference for candidates located near our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta, or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities Engage in real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites, providing exceptional customer service and support Enter marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate and timely data entry Transition qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities, facilitating seamless handovers Become an expert in the live chat platform, developing a deep understanding of its features and capabilities Stay up-to-date on blithequark's product features, promotions, and FAQs, providing informed and helpful responses to customer inquiries Create canned responses and enhance the tagging system in the live chat platform, streamlining communication and improving efficiency Develop and maintain training and best practices documentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in live chat interactions Collaborate with the sales team and key marketing team members to optimize lead generation and conversion Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to continually improve live chat operations Perform other assigned tasks and projects, contributing to the growth and success of the marketing team Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Keen ability to multitask and prioritize, managing multiple live chat conversations and tasks simultaneously Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Customer service-oriented, with empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries and concerns Self-motivated and self-starting, with a strong work ethic and integrity Tactful and inquisitive, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, with a minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm Ability to comply with all company employment policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications Commercial modular construction industry experience, with knowledge of modular buildings and remote workforce housing solutions Live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales experience, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion Salesforce.com experience, with familiarity with CRM software and data entry procedures Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
