Job Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Entering customer and account data from various sources into blithequark's computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Compiling, verifying, and sorting data for processing, identifying and correcting any errors or deficiencies. * Reviewing and ensuring the output is accurate and consistent, meeting the highest standards of quality. * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Training and Support blithequark is committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. You will undergo a one-week training program with our supervisor, covering the following topics: * blithequark's computer system and data entry procedures * Customer service best practices and communication skills * Data accuracy and quality control * Time management and productivity techniques Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, with minimal supervision. * Reliable internet connection and a computer with basic software knowledge (training will be provided). * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a positive and professional attitude. * Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles. * Familiarity with blithequark's computer system or similar software. * Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR). * Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
