Transmit information or documents using a computer, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball, updating records, files, reservations, and answering inquiries from guests.Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists, for accuracy and completeness. Operate standard office equipment, such as telephones, typewriters, faxes, photocopiers, calculators, and electronic peripherals, as needed. Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance, adhering to company uniform and grooming standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and objectives, and listening and responding to concerns in a professional and courteous manner.Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
