Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
