Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Entry Operator –Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:* Maintaining thorough knowledge of blithequark's business rules, policies, and technology to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.* Communicating effectively with customers in a warm and empathetic manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. * Quickly adapting to business rule changes and navigating multiple applications to research solutions and resolve issues. * Providing support to other positions/operations during heavy workloads or absences, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.* Maintaining high productivity and accuracy while keying information, such as vehicle license plates and state plates. * Committing to 100% attendance for up to two- twelve weeks of paid training, demonstrating a strong will to grow within the company. Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* A strong work ethic and ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule. * Data Entry experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity.* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease. * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and computer skills. * The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and a drug test. * A commitment to continuous learning and growth, with a passion for innovative technology and a willingness to adapt to new processes and systems.
