Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for checking and filing customs paperwork, data entry, and data transfer, as well as creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all shipments have the correct and necessary documents to cross borders efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Checking and filing customs paperwork for EU & UK * Data Entry and Data Transfer * Creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation * Managing numerous mailboxes between Carriers and Vendors * Ensuring all shipments have the correct and necessary documents to be able to cross * Dealing with any discrepancies and misalignments that might arise * Office-based work Essential Qualifications * A stable and consistent work history * Data Entry Experience (Essential) * Office working experience * Strong communication skills (written and spoken) * High standard of attention to detail * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook * Clear criminal record * You may be required to take a Drug and Alcohol Test * Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a similar role * Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent time management and organizational skills Skills and Competencies * Strong data entry skills with high accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
